At Combo Promo Printing and Embroidery, we deliver your customized items anywhere in Canada. We do our utmost to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
1. Delivery Methods We choose the delivery method based on your region, destination, and the reliability of the service. Our goal is to meet your requirements in terms of speed and security. The carriers we use may include: · Canada Post · Purolator · UPS · Any other reliable carrier depending on the destination We suggest a carrier based on the possible delivery times of each delivery service, their availability during events beyond their control, and your destination.
2. Processing Time (before shipping) Our processing time is 3 to 10 business days from your written confirmation that everything meets your requirements (approval of the visual or photo sample for embroidery). This period begins once: · You have approved the visual proof in writing, · And your payment has been confirmed. Possible extensions: Our deadlines may be extended during periods of high demand or due to the complexity of your customized order. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible of any delays.
3. Shipping Costs Our shipping costs are estimated and calculated at the time of your payment, according to: · Your destination (Quebec, rest of Canada), · The weight and volume of the items, · The delivery method you choose. Express services: Depending on your region and the availability of carriers, additional charges may apply for express delivery. Everything is clear when you place your order. The exact amount of your shipping costs is indicated in your cart before you finalize your order. Additional charges may apply for remote areas. All our charges are clearly indicated before you proceed to payment. No hidden fees are added after the transaction.
4. Estimated Delivery Times (once shipped) Once your order has been shipped, our estimated delivery times are as follows (for informational purposes): · Quebec: 2 to 5 business days · Rest of Canada: 5 to 10 business days These times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier and external conditions (weather, strikes, holiday season, etc.).
5. Order Tracking As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing: · A tracking number to track the progress of your package in real time, · The shipping status (where your package is), · The estimated delivery date. You can thus track your order at every stage, from our workshop to your delivery address.
6. Delivery Times The delivery times we indicate on our site (e.g., 2 to 5 business days for Quebec, 5 to 10 days for the rest of Canada) are estimates. While we strive to deliver your orders within the announced deadlines, some factors beyond our control may sometimes affect delivery, including: · Weather conditions, · Carrier delays, · Strikes or lockouts, · Periods of high demand (e.g., holiday season), · Any other event beyond our control. We do our utmost to respect the announced deadlines and keep you informed in case of significant delays. No refund can be granted for a delay caused by these external factors, but we remain at your disposal for any questions.
7. Accuracy of your delivery address – Your responsibility You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery address you provide when validating your order. Combo Promo Printing and Embroidery cannot be held responsible for problems, delays, losses, or additional costs incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If your package is returned to us by the carrier due to an address error you provided, the re-shipping costs are entirely your responsibility.
8. Problems during transport If your package has been damaged during transport or if it is lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We will contact the carrier ourselves and work with them to resolve the situation. In this case, we may include a replacement or a refund. However, if the package has been delivered (according to the carrier's proof of delivery), but it has been stolen or you have not received it, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible. No refund will be issued in this case.
9. Update of our shipping policy We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time, without individual notice. The modifications come into effect as soon as they are published on our website. It is the customer's responsibility to regularly consult this policy to be aware of the updates in force. By placing an order after the publication of a modification, you accept the policy then in force.
